India and Russia have formalised a pact to station up to 3,000 military personnel in each other’s territory, RT India reported. The deal also allows a limited number of ships and aircraft to be stationed in each other’s territory. It covers joint exercises, training, and humanitarian missions and is part of the RELOS (Reciprocal Exchange of Logistics Support) agreement.
