According to the Mercom India Rooftop Solar Market Report Q3 2021, India added 1.3 gigawatt (GW) of rooftop solar installations (RSI) between January and September 2021. This marks a 202% year-on-year (YoY) increase. Additionally, between July and September, India added 448 megawatt of RSI, a 189% YoY increase.
