India allows foreign universities to open campuses in the country

The new National Education Policy allows foreign universities to open campuses in the country. "Internationalisation of education will be facilitated through both institutional collaborations and student and faculty mobility and allowing entry of [world's top-ranked] universities to open campuses in our country," the government said. The NEP also caps fees charged by educational institutions.
