India captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and elected to field first against South Africa in the third T20I. India have made three changes to their playing XI. KL Rahul and Virat Kohli have been rested, while Arshdeep Singh misses out due to an issue with his back. They have been replaced by Shreyas Iyer, Mohammed Siraj and Umesh Yadav.
