India and Bangladesh on Thursday agreed to start negotiations for a free trade agreement at an early date to boost two-way commerce, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry said in a statement. The issue came during a meeting between Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal and his Bangladeshi counterpart Tipu Munshi. Bangladesh is India's largest trade partner in South Asia.
