India and Bangladesh will erect a single-layer fence along the International Border to curb cross-border crimes and instill a sense of security among the people. “Bangladesh government has given us the permission to do so," said BSF chief KK Sharma. The fence will have gates for people to cross over to the other side and come back, he added.
