Former Central Water Commission (CWC) Chairman AK Bajaj said India is building two water storage facilities to store extra water from Indus river following the country's suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty. He said India had prepared a framework to renegotiate the treaty two years before it was suspended. One of the two storage facilities is in final planning stage.
