India wants to resume exports of COVID-19 vaccine doses, but can't do so until its domestic needs are met, NITI Aayog member Dr VK Paul said. While noting that India gave away a "substantial" amount of vaccine doses earlier this year, Paul added, "That has to be respected and has to be recognised, as not many nations have done that."
