Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao on Wednesday said India cannot progress if it is caught in the shackles of casteism. "If caste and religion references are used...when progress is being made in all fields, it will cause serious damage to...country," he said during the launch of book "Charitraputtalo Telangana". He further urged the youth to grow with secular sentiments.
