India's Navy has developed SEBEX 2, a non-nuclear explosive that is twice as lethal as standard TNT (Trinitrotoluene). Created by Nagpur-based Solar Industries under the 'Make in India' initiative, SEBEX 2 uses high-melting explosives (HMX). Tested under the Defence Export Promotion Scheme, SEBEX 2 is now one of the most powerful non-nuclear bomb.
