The Centre on Saturday notified the designation of 23 Pakistan-based individuals as terrorists under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. The individuals are linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba and other terror organisations, the notification stated. They include Abdul Rauf, Hafiz Khalid Waleed and Rana Iftikhar, three close aides of Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Saeed.
