Internet testing and analysis platform Ookla revealed that India ranked 128 in the mobile broadband speed for September 2019 behind Pakistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka, which stood at the 112th, 119th and 81st spot respectively. India's average download speed stood at 11.8 mbps, while global average was at 29.5 mbps. However, India was at 72nd place in fixed-line broadband speed.
