The first India-UAE-France trilateral ministerial meet was held in New York on Monday. After meeting UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and French Minister Catherine Colonna, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said the meeting was an "active exchange of ideas between strategic partners". Jaishankar is presently in New York to attend a UN General Assembly session.
