PM Narendra Modi on Monday said a new community has come up in the country, called 'Andolan Jivi', who can be spotted in every protest and are "parasites" for the nation. "They cannot live without protests. We've to identify such people and protect the nation from them," said PM Modi while replying to motion of thanks on President's address.
