Veteran investor Shankar Sharma said India is a "frightfully expensive market" with slow growth prospects, leading to foreign investors' exit. He also noted that India has become isolated in a bear market, while the rest of the world has had a bull run. He added that small caps in India "now offer an exceptional opportunity and value over large caps".
