Geopolitical expert Ian Bremmer said countries for US are divided into FAFO (Fool Around and Find Out) and TACO (Trump Always Chickens Out). "On FAFO side, you have Venezuelans and Ukrainians. On TACO side, you have Chinese and Russians," he added. "India is more on the TACO scale," Bremmer said, citing that PM Modi isn't showing urgency in trade deal.
