India has become the "cancer capital of the world" amid a sharp rise in cases across the country, an Apollo Hospitals report said. The average age of cancer incidence has gotten significantly younger, while the median age for cancer diagnosis in India is lower than other countries, it said. Meanwhile, cancer screening rates in India remain very low, it added.
