Germany has invited India to be an observer in the Eurodrone UAV program, developed by Airbus, Dassault Aviation, Indra Sistemas, and Leonardo. This allows India to engage with advanced European technologies and assess the UAV’s operational capabilities. The program, aimed at enhancing domestic UAV production in Europe, is targeting its first flight by January 2027.
