India leads all 34 markets in perceived pay fairness with only 11% workers reporting dissatisfaction, which is the lowest globally, according to ADP’s People at Work 2025 Survey. The highest pay unfairness was reported in South Korea (45%) and Sweden (39%). However, India was among the markets where men reported experiencing more pay unfairness than women.
