Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, while laying the foundation stone of a Post Office Passport Seva Kendra in Madhya Pradesh, said, "India has the highest proportion of women pilots in the world, surpassing the US and Europe." He added that the PM Narendra Modi-led government has emphasised making women the first priority, as their empowerment will drive India forward.
