Larsen & Toubro CFO R Shankar Raman said India is losing its skilled labour to infrastructure projects in the Middle East. "The biggest differentiator is the tax-free income there versus growing tax here," he stated. "The Indian government requires everybody to pay tax except the agriculture sector, which I do not understand," he added.
