India not banana republic, will not be governed by streets: BJP on Congress, CJP protest

BJP on Saturday criticised Congress and CJP over the protest demanding the resignation of CEC Gyanesh Kumar. "India is not a banana republic. The country will be governed by Parliament, not by the streets," BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad said while highlighting BJP-led NDA's win in bypolls in Assam, West Bengal and Puducherry amid the ongoing protest.
