The government is planning to offer incentives to 324 companies including Tesla to build factories in India, according to a document seen by Bloomberg. It has proposed to provide land to set up factories along with power, water and road access. Other companies that officials will reach out to include drugmakers Eli Lilly and GlaxoSmithKline, and South Korea's Hanwha Chemical.
