Accusing India of defaming it over Pulwama attack, Pakistan in a letter told the UN that India was trying to "portray the legitimate Kashmiri struggle for self-determination as terrorism". Pakistan said India was defaming it based on a suspect video, referring to the clip of suicide bomber Adil Ahmad Dar. The attack was claimed by Pakistan-based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed.
