Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw met representatives of banks operating in India and raised concerns regarding the threats posed by Anthropic's latest AI model Mythos. Calling the threat "unprecedented", Sitharaman advised banks to develop an institutional mechanism to response to such threats. This comes days after US and UK held similar meetings with banks.
