US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said India isn't engaging on discussions to finalise OECD's 'Pillar 1' tax deal and China has also been "all but absent" in negotiations. 'Pillar 1' deal aims to mandate multinational firms to pay taxes to countries where they operate. "We've a problem with India" as it doesn't support US' position on certain issues, Yellen added.
