India has responded after Mahfuj Alam, a leader in the Bangladesh interim government, posted about "annexing Indian territories". "We have registered our strong protest on this issue with the Bangladesh side...We would like to remind all concerned to be mindful of their public comments," Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, adding that the post has now been deleted.
