The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) built India's first animal overpass corridor at Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, which passes through the buffer zone of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. "The eight-lane expressway runs below us, and this entire structure above is an overpass exclusively built for animal movement," an NHAI official said.
