Shekhar Dutt, co-founder of Sleepy Classes IAS, argued that India exports its digital infrastructure globally but has failed to package and export its civilisational values, community, meaning, and purpose. He called for building a "civilisation stack", similar to the DPI tech stack, and marketing it to a world starved of roots and meaning.
