India's e-commerce and quick commerce sectors have increased hiring by 35% over the past two years, a report by CIEL HR shows. As per the report, the number of roles went from around 73,000 in 2023 to nearly 99,000 by 2025. The hiring shift shows e-commerce firms moving from expansion-led recruitment to capabilities like platform resilience and AI-enabled customer experience.
