After meeting Bangladesh interim government's representatives amid arrest of Hindu monks in the country, Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Pranay Verma released a statement. "We have such a...multi-faceted relationship with Bangladesh that you cannot reduce it to one issue...We remain interested in working with Bangladesh to fulfil our shared aspirations for peace...and development," he said.
