India's first Basmati Organic Training Centre-cum-Demo Farm is being developed in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh under APEDA to strengthen the Basmati rice ecosystem. The facility will train farmers, support research, and promote organic cultivation with modern infrastructure. It aims to boost productivity, improve exports, and make India a global leader in sustainable Basmati farming.
