India's first unmanned bomber aircraft completes its maiden flight

India's first indigenous unmanned bomber aircraft, the FWD 200B, has successfully completed its maiden flight, according to Bengaluru-based Flying Wedge Defence and Aerospace (FWDA). The Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) UAV is equipped with optical payloads for surveillance and missile-like weapons for airstrikes. It can cruise at 152 km/h, with a maximum speed of 250 km/h.
