Turab Chimthanawala, who claims to be India's first visually-impaired company secretary, claimed that IndiGo staff at Mumbai airport mocked his request for assistance. He said the airline assigned an untrained staffer, who had to be guided to the boarding area by Chimthanawala's mother. "Staff whispered, gestured and mocked my request for help...Staff treated me like an inconvenience," he said.
