India reported a 3.4% growth logistics rents in the H1 2025 despite global trade tensions and heightened caution among occupiers. The rents across Asia-Pacific, however, dropping 0.4% year-on-year during the period. While logistics rents in Chinese mainland markets continued their downward trajectory, momentum for rental growth in Australia and Southeast Asia slowed considerably.
