India's masala omelette has been ranked 22nd in TasteAtlas' 50 best-rated egg dishes in the world list. As per the website, masala omelette is a "traditional egg-based dish originating from South India" and is often sold in street food stalls. The top three spots were secured by Japan's ajitsuke tamago, Philippines tortang talong and Greece's staka me ayga.
