India's office market has emerged as the undisputed growth engine of the Asia Pacific region, accounting for 44 percent of net new supply and a commanding 61 percent of total net absorption in the April-June period this year (Q2 2025), far ahead of regional peers, including the Chinese mainland and Southeast Asia, a report said on Monday.
