India's Russian oil imports rise in May, led by crude: Study

India remained world's second-largest importer of Russian fossil fuels in May, purchasing an estimated $6.7 billion worth of hydrocarbons, Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air (CREA) reported. Crude oil made up the bulk of these imports at $5.5 billion while oil products and coal accounted for smaller shares. India's overall crude imports rose 8% from April, report said.
