A recent survey showed that India's services sector growth slowed down to an 11-month low in December. The HSBC India Services Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) dropped to 58 in December from 59.8 in November. Notably, the index is still above the 50-mark that separates expansion from contraction. Momentum in new business weakened to its slowest pace since January 2025.
