With a 56% of L-1B visa denial, India witnessed the highest US work visa rejection between 2012 and 2014, according to data released by the Virginia-based National Foundation for American Policy. On an average, other countries had a rejection rate of around 13%. The denial rates for Chinese (22%) and Mexican nationals (21%) were less than half of India's.
