India sends 10 tonnes of HIV medicines to Botswana

India has dispatched 10 tonnes of antiretroviral medicines to Botswana to support its public health system in treating HIV/AIDS. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said the initiative reflects India’s commitment to strengthening healthcare cooperation with Global South partners. India and Botswana have also been expanding bilateral cooperation in healthcare.
