India has sent a formal notice to Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) stating that the ban imposed upon it has been extended by five years. The letter, sent from India’s High Commission in Ottawa, was received at SFJ's office address in Toronto, reports stated. India has sought a response within 30 days as to why SFJ "shouldn't be declared as unlawful".
