Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi said India answered the world's "smart power question" in 2025 through Operation Sindoor. "Bharat acted in a precisely defined 22-minute window and delivered military precision," he added while speaking at a seminar. Smart power includes knowing when to convert a military movement into a strategic one, General Dwivedi further said.
