India thrash Iran 3-0 to enter women's squash team quarters at Asiad

The Indian women's squash team defeated Iran 3-0 in its final group-stage match to reach the quarter-finals at the Asian Games 2026 on Tuesday. Tanvi Khanna was declared the winner after Iran's Narges Soltani retired, while Anahat Singh defeated Fereshteh Eghtedari 11-5, 11-4, 11-7 to give India an unassailable 2-0 lead. Joshna Chinappa then beat Najmeh Boushehrizadeh 11-1, 11-3, 11-9.
