PM Narendra Modi said on Saturday that India is set to become the third-largest economy, which is why India has to remain alert as far as its own economic interests are concerned. He made the remarks in Varanasi, days after US President Donald Trump called India a "dead economy". He said his government was working for the country's best interests.
