World Bank chief economist for South Asia Franziska Ohnsorge said that India might gain from AI, with potential to revive private investments. She said, "India's well placed to benefit from AI...it's being adopted aggressively. So, people are finding ways of using it, and it'll come with investment." She added, "Whether that's big enough to move macroeconomic numbers, I don't know."
