India has signed a deal worth 4 million pounds to acquire a London property, where Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, the father of the Indian Constitution stayed for a year in 1920s during his student days. "This is a historical moment for us because it is not just a house but has the emotions of all Indians attached to it," a Maharashtra Minister said.
