India is set to become the world's second-largest solar market in 2026, the National Solar Energy Federation of India (NSEFI) said on Wednesday. The country achieved addition of 50 GW solar capacity in just 14 months, its fastest ever. With this, India reached the 150 GW milestone as part of its push for 500 GW of non-fossil capacity by 2030.
