India will move ahead with its proposed trade agreement with the United States only after securing a competitive advantage over competing nations, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said. The framework for the deal has already been finalised. "Our duties need to be lower compared to those of competing nations; once this is settled, the trade agreement will be implemented," he said.
