India to launch 'Reform Utsav' campaign on Oct 2

The Central government will launch 'Reform Utsav' on October 2, led by PM Narendra Modi, to showcase key reforms by ministries and departments. The campaign includes events across all Central ministries, highlighting citizen-centric governance and 12 years of reforms. MHA will feature its counter-terrorism policy 'PRAHAAR', unveiled in February 2026.
